Family member add on(monthly)

This is a family member add on to any monthly plan. This memberships will pay a year annual fee of $32.99 plus tax ever year along with the membership monthly fee. This is a 12 month commitment and forever month to month after the 12 months. There is a $75 early termination fee for the account if you decide to end the agreement within the 12 months. Please stop in to fill out the membership paper work and pick up a membership scan card
