One time enrollment fee of $99 and you will pay $25 a month! This is a 12 month commitment memberships and if you want out before 12 months is a early termination fee of $75. This agreement can be terminated without charge within 3 days of the purchase date. After the 12 months your membership is forever month to month. All monthly memberships are charged a yearly maintenance fee of $32.99+tax ever year. Please stop in as soon as you can after purchase to fill out agreement paper work and receive scan card.
